Maybe you saw the CrossFit Games on TV or you’ve seen people doing amazing feats of fitness and thought, “I’ll never be like that!” One of the problems with this is that the athletes that you see on TV or highlight videos are mostly professionals. That’s a common thought, but that’s like watching the NFL and worrying that you won’t be able to play touch football at a family get-together. It’s completely different – a different level of an activity done for different purposes. Let’s address some common fears and show you why CrossFit is worth exploring.

- Intimidating Environment: Stepping into a CrossFit affiliate for the first time can be daunting. Reality: Most of our clients are new to CrossFit, and many of the people you see in a class or semi-private session have only been doing it for a few months.

Reality: Every workout is designed and customized to the person. There is no need to keep up with anyone, because your workout is YOUR workout, even in a class setting.
