Brandon has been quietly making progress since he started at CFA 6 months ago. When he started, he was looking to lose some weight and start feeling better. He works on his feet every day, and carrying that extra weight was tiring. Most importantly, Brandon wanted to be in better shape for his wife and kids. He didn’t have any CrossFit experience when he started. Brandon decided that one-on-one coaching was best for him, so he’s been working consistently with coach Bekah 2 to 3 times a week. At the same time, he cut sugar out of his diet and started being more careful about nutrition. Since then, he’s dropped 32 pounds and all of his lifts have gone up significantly. The downside is that he’s had to buy new pants since he’s gone from a 40 inch waist to a 36! The great thing is that he has so much more energy at work and home.
